This week I’m trying Zoho, next week I’m planning to try Zimbra, so thanks for the suggestions there.

As for notifying people, I’ve got all of my mail to the gmail account automatically forwarding to the new address and all my replies should come from the new one I want people to use, but eventually I may also set up an auto-reply on the gmail account informing people that their mail has been forwarded but please use the new one in the future.
